What could you do if you could CREATE extra time?


Time Poor? What could you do with an extra 11 days a Year?

How often do you simply run out of time by the end of the day and can't get everything done that needs to get done let alone fit in some time for yourself? A simple way to create some extra time is to train yourself to get out of bed 1 hour earlier - 5 days a week. This will give you an extra 260 hours or nearly 11 entire days per year and still allows for 2 days a week for that luxurious sleep-in.

And what could you do with that extra time? The sky’s the limit but here are a few suggestions:

Achieve your fitness goals by starting the day with a gym session, a walk/jog/run, or a couple of km’s in the pool - notice the difference in your fitness, your energy levels and your ability to cope with a busy day ahead.

Allocate that hour to meditation, mindfulness practice or yoga and radiate calm, peaceful energy all day.

One extra hour to get a household chore done which means one less chore to do at the end of the day when you are tired.

Take the time to pack a healthy lunch for yourself and your family - both your body and your budget will thank you and you won’t have to spend half your lunch hour at the sandwich shop or cafe waiting to get served (hey - that's another 1/2 hour you've gained).

Take advantage of online grocery shopping and delivery and use that hour to place your order and arrange for delivery when you get home from work. The added bonus of this is that you save the time you would have spent getting to the supermarket, parking, shopping and getting back home. You also shop only for what you need and you are assured that there is always something in the fridge and pantry to prepare a fresh meal.

Once you get in the HABIT of getting out of bed that 1 hour earlier and realise the benefits to your lifestyle you’ll never go back.
